SHIPPING POLICY

At Lilleboo, we strive to deliver your orders with prompt service and flexibility. We use JNE to ship your orders.

 

Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 2 - 5 business days for shipping, depending on the destination. Certain distant cities might need more days. 

 

When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. 

 

After confirming your payment, please kindly wait two days, at most, for us to do quality control of your merchandise and pack your order before shipping them on the next day.

 

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we receive a full amount transfer.

PLEASE NOTE: We’re unable to ship if there are problems regarding payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, Tracking Information will be provided by our Lilleboo admin through Whatsapp.

Shipping Fee: All orders shipping in Indonesia are quoted based on location. â€‹

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • Once JNE has successfully delivered the package to the address provided, we are no longer responsible for the loss of items.
  • We do not take responsibility if JNE cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient present at the given address. Please check your JNE Airway Bill in the ‘Track Order’ links at the top of the page and call JNE Customer Service.

Track Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you may find your tracking information in your Whatsapp. You may check its status on https://www.jne.co.id/en/tracking/trace

RETURN POLICY

Returns can be made only for damaged or defective merchandise that are caused due to manufacturing.

​

You may email a return claim to hello@lilleboo.com upon receiving the merchandise:

  • Email us within 24 hours after you receive the merchandise

  • You will return the defective merchandise to the given designated address, ONLY AFTER you receive an approved email response from us regarding your refund claim.

  • You will have 3 days, starting from the date you receive our email response to send it back. 

  • Merchandises must be in new and unused condition, complete with tags and original packaging.

 

If the merchandise you have returned is sold out, you will be given the option to choose another item with the same price or have your money refunded back to your account. Refunds will be made via Bank Transfers.

 

Sale & Clearance Items

Sale & Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
